Our Story
Aurum was born from a deep love for honest cooking — where the integrity of an ingredient speaks louder than any technique. Our head chef, trained under Michelin-starred kitchens in Lyon and Paris, returned home with a singular vision: to honour local harvests through a fine-dining lens.
